Responsibilities

The Product Manager, US is responsible for creating and developing business strategies and seasonal assortment plans to drive sales and profits across cafe and e-commerce channels. This includes analyzing business trends to identify category opportunities, developing new products and concepts, and coordinating with various functions such as Inventory Management, Sourcing & Supply Chain, Creative, Ecommerce, and Cafes to ensure timely execution. Key duties involve analyzing sales trends, identifying product portfolio risks and opportunities, communicating product strategies, executing competitive market analysis, leading product meetings, attending trade shows, working with vendor partners on product development, planning seasonal and core product assortments, collaborating on new product launches, developing financial plans, managing purchase quantities and exit strategies, establishing pricing strategies, supporting inventory and supply chain processes, managing product PnL, influencing marketing efforts, partnering on product packaging, writing product briefs, and providing information and support to cafe operations.
