Requirements

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a Tier 1 supplier role
Strong record in managing important accounts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in French and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with the ability to manage complex data
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Team management skills and ability to take challenges continuously

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automotive industry
Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Forecast sales volumes and monitor performance against targets
Report on sales activities and outcomes
Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients
Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to align sales strategies
Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance
Analyze sales data to identify SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and recommend corrective actions
