Requirements

  • Over 5 years working experience in E-commerce industry, related to FMCG products, with proven experience in developing and executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in Vietnamese online retail
  • Degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Core skills: Communication skills, Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills
  • Behavioral/Leadership skills: Problem solving skills, Creativity and innovation, Integrity, Flexibility, Teamwork
  • Good command of English
  • MS Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation through unlocking new business, new portfolio, or new ways of consumer engagement; build complete customer plans to drive business in Marketplace platforms
  • Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with strategic e-Retailers and eCommerce players
  • Understand customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plans with Marketplace platforms
  • Translate brand strategy and implement monthly business plans for specific customers
  • Negotiate promotions, on-site exposure, etc., communicate properly to ensure timely implementation, secure orders from customers, and coordinate national shipments
  • Manage stock
  • Analyze business, review current practices and performance with key customers and internally to optimize future planning and execution
  • Plan and monitor budget, profit & loss sustainability, and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business processes, proficiency, and customer service
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
