Responsibilities

  • Contribute to long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in territory by servicing defined customer base on specific route and dedicated cycles as set by customer manager
  • Achieve volume targets by taking orders and placing them per standard Abbott operating procedure
  • Lead joint business planning to achieve targets that meet territory objectives by driving market traffic and optimizing product availability
  • Influence customers to maintain proper balance of stock and market credit relative to accounts receivable
  • Influence distributors to carry stock and adhere to route plans aligning with customer plans
  • Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations
  • Manage growth, competing demands, and market share in complex omnichannel environment
  • Influence customers and distributors via face-to-face and digital touchpoints to adopt strategic long-term view and invest in Abbott products
  • Balance customer relationships with debt collection, merchandising, and stock optimization
