Requirements

  • University degree, major in Microelectronics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials or related fields
  • Above 5 years of experience in semiconductor CMP, wet/dry etch process or lithography process/equipment, or sales experience in semiconductor-related suppliers
  • Experience in key account (KA) management
  • Familiar with Fab operations
  • Solid networking in the semiconductor industry (preferred)
  • Good English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish annual and quarterly sales, profit (or cost control), and collection targets set by the department, striving to exceed them
  • Timely visit managed customers, build close business relationships with key customers, and accurately record customer information in the company's customer information system
  • Timely understand customer needs and development trends, and provide prompt and high-quality support and assistance
  • Strictly implement company and department policies and regulations, including those on sales prices and discounts
  • Actively promote the department's sales plan and closely follow up on new products, new applications, and new customers
  • Demonstrate strong team cooperation spirit
