Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English (bilingual)
- Over 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter in the high-tech industry
- Proven track record in recruiting for various levels of technical and non-technical positions
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruiting
- High multitasking ability and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks accurately and on time
Responsibilities
- Source resumes for candidates in engineering, IT, and design fields
- Contact applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build pipelines
- Explore exceptional talent using unconventional methods
- Participate in community networking events to promote employer branding
- Recruit and interview qualified candidates and recommend them for appropriate positions
- Build and continuously follow up on trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
- Create job descriptions and propose/develop recruiting strategies
- Negotiate employment conditions, present offers, and initiate onboarding processes
- Provide HR support to employees as needed
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define and organize recruiting requirements
- Source passive talent
- Provide support and advice to internal partners as a recruiting expert
- Collaborate with recruiting teams, other departments, and talent operations teams
- Build and maintain candidate networks through market research and relationship building
- Support recruiting decision-making using data
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
