Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment
  • Ability to manage a load of 20+ open requisitions simultaneously
  • Expertise in active sourcing across various channels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage candidate expectations
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from initiation to final hire for 20+ active requisitions
  • Build and maintain diverse, robust pipelines using various sourcing tools
  • Analyze job descriptions and hiring profiles to identify critical success factors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide coaching on interview best practices
  • Oversee the initiation and tracking of candidate background checks and screenings
  • Ensure a seamless transition for all new hires post-offer acceptance
  • Coordinate with the People & Culture (P& C) team to initiate the internal onboarding and new hire process
