Requirements

Expertise in automation, predominantly PowerShell, occasionally Python and Go
Experience maintaining Windows infrastructure, including application deployment, monitoring, build and configuration management
Knowledge of end user computing environments for Windows and Linux workstations
Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID administration (adding, changing, deleting user accounts)
Ability to support AV installation, video conferencing, telephony, and building systems
Skills in supporting and packaging vendor software (e.g., Intune)
Capability to debug remote access VPN tunnels
Experience with physical hardware deployment
Ability to assist with projects like Windows OS upgrades
Physically based in Kajaani datacenter, responsible for EUCE equipment there

Responsibilities

Support staff in their use of computer systems
Responsible for the daily operation of the JIRA support request system
Quotidian maintenance and monitoring of various systems (including but not limited to: Active Directory; Office365 Mail infrastructure; Video conferencing solutions; telephony)
Responsible for on/off boarding of staff
Diagnosis and resolution of operational issues
