Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a flexible investment technology roadmap with asset class heads
  • Team leadership: Lead and develop a team of developers
  • Technology Oversight: Assess and upgrade infrastructure, including databases, software, and front-end systems
  • Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance investment processes
  • Execution & Enhancement: Lead implementation, testing, and ongoing improvements; manage enhancement requests
  • Collaboration: Partner with investment teams, project managers, and IT (CVS and PIM) to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Audit current tools, suggest enhancements, research and present additional tools, and handle implementations, maintenance, and enhancements of new additions
