Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, preferably in asset or portfolio management. Required skills include quantitative and analytical abilities, expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), high proficiency in Argus, and a solid understanding of discounted cash flow modeling. Familiarity with real estate fundamentals, capital structures, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, and willingness to travel is expected.

Responsibilities

The Associate/Senior Analyst, Asset Management will support the Asset Management team in actively managing direct and indirect investments for a nationwide portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee approval recommendations for budgets, leases, capital upgrades, financings, refinancings, and dispositions. The role also involves coordinating data collection and reporting, developing investment models for lease, sales, or refinancing strategies, reviewing quarterly financials, monitoring investment performance, and analyzing investment strategies using Argus and Excel. Collaboration with Risk and Portfolio Management, Finance, and Acquisitions teams is also part of the job.
