  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and competitive terms
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure the seamless execution of client requirements
  • Track and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing regular updates to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services
