Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from discovery, product presentation, and value proposition through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers at multiple levels within prospective customer organizations
  • Understand customer pain points and market trends, crafting personalized and creative outreach to engage and convert prospects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Onboarding and Customer Success to align on customer feedback and growth opportunities
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Product and Operations teams to improve our sales motion, positioning, and overall customer experience
  • Partner with Onboarding and Trainings Teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale, helping new customers quickly realize value from the platform
  • Represent Tekmetric at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand your network and build lasting relationships
