Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end planning of paid media and digital marketing campaigns across brands and regions
  • Partner with local and central brand teams to align media strategies with commercial priorities and market dynamics
  • Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize cross-channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, performance, etc.)
  • Ensure a consumer-centric media approach through audience insights, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks
  • Track KPIs and develop data-informed recommendations for campaign performance and media investments
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture—from A/B experiments to creative innovation
