Requirements

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
  • Passionate about design & social media and understand the latest innovations in digital & social design
  • An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi-platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere. Storyboarding animation concepts
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Meta), print/POS, and eComm
  • Ability to accurately prepare files for both print and web and run the relevant pre-production checks
  • An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
  • An understanding of the latest Social and Digital technology trends
  • Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Loves working in a fast-paced adaptable environment
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
  • Experience in FMCG or Healthcare sectors are ideal
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in: Digital, Motion Graphics, Artwork, Print & POS, Production

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively with Junior and Senior Integrated Designers on asset creation and implementation
  • Produce design concepts with a clear rationale to influence clients with creative input, in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
  • Look for ways to develop new design within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities
  • Create inspiring and exciting content – from new ideation, to repurposing and reformatting of assets from a global toolkit
  • Retouching of packs, lock up design, layout and illustration
  • Be a brand guardian. Developing a deep understanding of the brands, categories, and audiences, and create consumer-first assets that bring the brand message to life
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, with various deliverables, on a campaign ideation level
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
  • Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
