Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of brand or visual design experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency environment, and possess a stunning portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, and brand storytelling. Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, with bonus points for experience with motion, Webflow, or 3D. Familiarity with illustration, motion design, or working with hospitality, luxury, or travel brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Brand Designer will define and refine Wander’s visual language, including color, typography, imagery, motion, and layout systems. They will create high-quality designs across various platforms such as web, email, print, packaging, social media, and merchandise. The role involves elevating everyday brand moments with exceptional craft and taste, ensuring consistency, clarity, and delight. Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing, product design, writing, and engineering teams to bring the brand to life, building scalable systems and templates, and creating performant ad creative in partnership with the performance marketing team.
