Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a portfolio showcasing relevant digital work
  • Proficient designing concepts and implementing designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content
  • Mid-level experience in: WordPress, Braze, HubSpot, HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • UX and digital design experience a plus
  • Experience working in a corporate setting required
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Advanced Mac user; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Program, update, and maintain websites and email campaigns for both bswift and client brands
  • Support designing digital PDFs and interactive collateral
  • Provide technical back-end support/programming on WordPress, Braze, HubSpot, SharePoint, and other digital platforms
  • Execute front-end design/content implementation for digital platforms to ensure brand consistency and high-quality presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and communications team members on multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, quality, and deadlines without the need for micromanagement
