Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Creative, Brand, or Visual Designer
  • Experience in a B2B environment, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of brand systems (visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout)

Responsibilities

  • Own 12twenty’s visual brand identity across all marketing and communication channels
  • Design compelling creative assets for all marketing touchpoints (website, digital campaigns, social media, sales decks, events, product marketing)
  • Develop branded collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, event materials, booth graphics)
  • Translate messaging into impactful visual storytelling, collaborating with content, marketing, and product marketing teams
  • Ensure consistency by maintaining templates, design systems, and brand guidelines
  • Present design rationale to stakeholders, articulating how work supports campaign goals and brand strategy
  • Stay current on design trends and bring innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence and engagement
