Responsibilities

Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process
Calculate, validate, and reconcile payments with speed and precision

Answer questions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure transparency
Maintain clear documentation and audit trails
Build and maintain dashboards to provide clear, real-time insights into compensation trends
Collaborate on improvements to tooling and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual work
Support ad hoc compensation analysis and data validation efforts
Contribute ideas and feedback on AI-native workflows in finance
Experiment with new tools and workflows to improve efficiency
Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Sales Ops teams
Provide clear, real-time insights into compensation trends
Participate in commission payout process management
