Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, motion, typography, and layout is required. Proficiency in After Effects, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, is essential. Experience with storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation/rendering is also necessary. Strong design sensibility with excellent written and verbal communication skills is expected.
The Motion Designer will design compelling visuals and bring them to life through motion, creating GIFs, videos, and templates for web, social, and other digital platforms. They will produce detailed visualizations and motion assets to support marketing initiatives, transform complex data into clear, engaging motion graphics, and help build and maintain a robust motion library. The role involves upholding and evolving brand identity, collaborating cross-functionally, incorporating feedback professionally, managing multiple projects independently, and staying current on design trends and tools.
