Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 months of homeowners insurance sales experience in a fast-paced environment, with call center experience being a plus. Prior sales experience in other industries is considered if the candidate has maintained their license and CE. An active P&C license in the current state of residence is mandatory. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to build relationships and trust, and a proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills are essential.
