A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial insurance client management or sales is required, with a preference for experience in professional liability, management liability, or cyber liability. Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite is necessary, along with strong skills in workload management, prioritization, independent work, teamwork, and communication. A relevant professional certification such as RPLU, CPCU, or ARM is considered a plus.
The Account Executive will drive growth by converting qualified inbound leads and advising prospective clients on tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include managing and updating CRM records for accurate forecasting, taking ownership of inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the buying journey. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions, while also collaborating with the Client Success team for smooth client transitions and providing feedback for product improvement.
