Experience in a high-volume sales environment with a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals and a customer-centric mindset are also required.
The Agency Success Associate is responsible for driving profitable growth by increasing sales production and strengthening relationships with existing agencies. This role involves collaborating with team members to support onboarding and account penetration, enabling rapid product adoption, increasing sales productivity, and maintaining account retention. Key responsibilities include driving exceptional results with agency partners for quality, growth, and retention, providing feedback on rate, underwriting, and risk classifications to product and underwriting teams, and delivering on key named account targets. The associate will engage with agents frequently through various digital channels to drive profitable growth, move agents up-channel in production quality and quantity, and collaborate with market peers to improve agency results.
