The Insurance Sales Agent will respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal line auto and home insurance policies, educating them on policy details and pricing. They will prepare and bind quotes through Jerry's carrier partners, effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate the customer purchasing process. Additionally, the agent will provide attentive, high-energy conversations with customers to ensure they find a policy that best suits their needs, and will work to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license within two weeks of employment.
