Responsibilities include monitoring opt-out and bounce rates for list hygiene, establishing best practices to improve engagement rates, and creating high-performing email templates and sales collateral. The specialist will also design and execute A/B tests on messaging and sequences, and validate new campaign sequences for best practices across communication channels.
