Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% are also required. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "get it done" attitude.
The Inside Sales Specialist will identify and develop inbound and outbound leads, convert leads to revenue, and partner with the field sales organization to develop joint strategies. This role involves prospecting, qualifying customers, positioning Twist’s products to meet customer needs, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives. The specialist will focus on strategic opportunities, close sales to achieve quarterly targets, and attend customer meetings, conferences, and tradeshows.
