Requirements

Candidates must be permanent residents in AZ, FL, GA, NE, NC, PA, TN, or TX. A minimum of 1.5 to 3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including outbound cold-calling, is required. Proven consultative selling and closing skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a commitment to success are essential. Experience selling software and direct industry experience in home remodeling/design/renovation are preferred.

Responsibilities

They will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, conducting discovery calls, delivering product demos, and closing deals. Responsibilities include proactively generating outbound leads, building customer relationships, applying consultative selling techniques, and consistently meeting sales targets. The role involves utilizing market research, providing feedback to improve sales tools and processes, mentoring colleagues, and participating in local market events and trade shows.
