Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with 5-7 years of overall work experience, including 2-3+ years in partner/channel management or inside sales roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Experience working with or managing technology partners such as VARs, GSIs, RSIs, MSPs, or ISVs is required, along with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, and software sales cycles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, are essential. A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in RPA, AI/ML, or enterprise automation technologies, familiarity with partner programs and incentive structures, prior experience in a high-growth or start-up environment, and relevant automation certifications.
The Inside Partner Account Manager will manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of UiPath partners, including resellers, system integrators, and consulting partners. They will lead partner business planning, establish revenue targets, and monitor KPIs to drive joint pipeline development and co-selling opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal sales teams, delivering enablement sessions, supporting partner onboarding and training, and serving as the primary liaison between partners and UiPath's cross-functional teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance metrics, participating in partner QBRs, and supporting partner marketing activities.
