Requirements
- Formation Bac+3
- Expérience confirmée d'au minimum 3 années sur une fonction de développement commercial en BtoB
- Première expérience dans un écosystème informatique, bureautique ou Télécom avec un vernis informatique indispensable (bonnes notions des systèmes informatiques)
- Idéalement rodé à la conquête commerciale et à la gestion client, avec un passé dans des organisations structurantes et formatrices
- Efficace, orienté résultats, avec le goût des challenges, dynamisme et ténacité
- Autonome et doté de grandes qualités d'organisation
- Grande capacité d'écoute et d'empathie pour analyser les besoins des clients
- Excellente présentation, élocution et communication écrite pour s'adresser à des interlocuteurs de haut niveau
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements de courte, moyenne et longue durée (50% du temps) en France Métropolitaine
Responsibilities
- Assurer la prospection et démarcher de nouveaux clients sur l’ensemble des marchés adressés par l’entreprise (Avocats / Notaires / Entreprises / Experts Comptables / Secteur Public à Paris et en région)
- Développer le portefeuille par la conquête de nouveaux clients
- Suivre et développer le chiffre d'affaires sur les clients existants par du cross-selling (visites régulières du parc client, accompagnement et conseil pour le développement du cabinet, promotion des produits et services, développement du compte par de nouvelles ventes, accompagnement du client dans une meilleure connaissance des produits et services)
- Comprendre et analyser les besoins et enjeux d’un cabinet d’avocat pour promouvoir les solutions LexisNexis (Solution Digitale Lexis360, Solutions logicielles et Print)
- Fournir un service et un conseil pour apporter les meilleurs outils et solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients, en se positionnant en réel conseiller "apporteur de solutions"
- Assurer sa propre prise de rendez-vous (alimenté également par une cellule de téléprospection)
- Respecter un niveau de reporting important
