Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create sales strategies to achieve industry-wide In-Store Experiential sales targets within the annual operating plan
  • Advise management on approaches, opportunities, concerns, and bottlenecks to meet targets and long-range plans
  • Drive cross-team/functional workstreams by tracking key performance metrics, creating industry playbooks, and crafting case studies
  • Provide overall direction by developing, communicating, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices
  • Measure outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, promote customer environment, and sponsor continuous learning
  • Develop and leverage partnerships and networks, including leading community outreach initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain skilled workforce, including diagnosing gaps and supporting development
  • Build, lead, and develop sales team of Experiential Specialists through direction, guidance, feedback, and performance conversations
  • Cultivate environment of integrity and ethics by integrating company standards
