Requirements

  • 2+ years' relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Customer facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable with technology, and an understanding of process-based tools
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Auto industry experience or auto databases (preferred)
  • Salesforce.com experience (preferred)
  • Customer or functional project management experience (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Python (preferred)
  • Facebook Business Manager experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Complete the onboarding of new customers onto Mastermind technology
  • Securely connect to customer’s DMS databases, ingest their data, review data sets, and implement with quality to ensure proper configuration and on-time delivery
  • Become a subject matter expert in database configurations, data flows, and systems
  • Troubleshoot and solve configuration issues with speed and accuracy
  • Manage new customer onboardings, Support Tickets, DMS Changes, and Digital Setups concurrently
  • Proactively communicate current status, next steps, and proposed solutions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Own and manage the entire Implementation setup of new customers, including data from DMS, CRM, or other sources
  • Obtain customer data, ingest it into systems, and quality check for expected functionality
  • Own and manage the implementation of Mastermind’s Digital offerings
  • Query and extract data using SQL, C#, and/or Python
  • Quickly own and resolve relevant support tickets, explain root cause, and suggest process improvements for recurring cases
  • Communicate status updates and next steps by phone, Slack, and email
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements
  • Proactively recognize and address setbacks and risks, escalating as required
  • Own the initial and ongoing data quality of assigned customers
  • Prioritize and manage concurrent work streams with minimal supervision
