Requirements

1-2+ years’ of professional working experience – preferably in a SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office products: Excel (required), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Fluent in using Excel complex functions, XLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas (required)
The ability to build Macros or experience using Alteryx (a plus)
SaaS or Technology experience (a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
High attention to detail and data/configuration accuracy
Comfortable working and interacting directly with customers
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

Work closely with Implementation Project Leads on all aspects related to assisting clients to go live quickly and efficiently
Collection and review of client data
Data cleansing
Data transformation
AuditBoard application configuration
User setup
Permissions configuration
Customer communication
Overall project management
Reviewing key features of the application
Submitting requests to the development team when required
Drive methodology changes
Enable the customer success organization
Further develop technical abilities in integrations, analytics, and other technologies
