Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
1 year of experience in a customer facing role and/or software implementation role
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Experience with software implementations in the Supply Chain
Experience leading process improvement projects
High sense of urgency
Strong sense of Customer Advocacy
Proven track record of successful project implementations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
Ability to recognize and articulate trends and insights across the customer base
Change agent, able to drive new processes and streamline existing ones
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
PMP certification
Experience in access control
Experience in facility management
Experience with WMS, YMS, TMS implementation

Responsibilities

Developing and executing work plans to ensure that all implementation tasks for myQ Enterprise projects are completed on time and within budget
Communicating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process
Managing assigned tasks of an implementation project, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders
Partnering with customers and external/internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of software and hardware solutions
Determining key KPIs and conducting data gathering to ensure key KPIs are met or action plans are in place to help customer meet metrics
Documenting and executing testing of the solution to show the customer proof the scenarios meet the needs and the solution is working as per the design
Conducting training on the new software or system to users who will be impacted by the implementation
Conducting post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the new product is being used effectively
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Protecting Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
