Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or support. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to use data to inform engagement plans are required. Strong business acumen including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills are necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism. Experience with documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, Salesforce, fintech, and spend management technology are considered a plus. The ability to build and maintain client relationships and create presentations, project plans, and SAAS/Fintech implementation plans is also required.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase, guiding them through initial hardware/software setup and system training to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption. They will monitor customer progress and activities to ensure adoption and timely activation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as support, engineering, sales, product management, and the financial products team to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience. Responsibilities also include handling a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries, building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and creating presentations, project plans, and SAAS/Fintech implementation plans while monitoring progress and productivity.
