Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency for communication with English-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers. Knowledge of accounting, retail trade (especially hardware stores), and the materials and lumber industry is advantageous. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, good time management and prioritization skills, and strong stress management are essential. A positive, solution-oriented personality and a willingness to accept variable schedules based on client time zones are also required. French language skills are considered an asset but not a mandatory requirement.
The Implementation Consultant will lead projects integrating the company's computer system for clients, including user training, data conversion, and software configuration. Responsibilities include analyzing client software needs to optimize system usage, collecting business requirements through questionnaires, preparing educational documents, and creating project schedules. The consultant will also prepare training plans, convert data from existing systems, configure software, train in-store super-users, provide on-site or virtual support during startup, follow up on client assignments, prepare clients for testing, and assist with transactional data purging.
