Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the transaction process or in a learning and development support role for agents
  • Proven experience in delivering training to diverse groups of learners, with strong facilitation skills in both live and virtual environments
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align training with business goals
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
  • Familiarity with modern job training methods and techniques, including e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to an executive audience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other business software
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in real estate training is a plus, and an active real estate license may be required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch creative and effective training courses for localized market and company-wide needs
  • Deliver training via live classroom, virtual classroom, and 1:1 coaching
  • Facilitate engagement and interaction with students in classroom and virtual environments
  • Partner with local management teams to ensure training aligns with company-wide goals and market-specific needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for major company initiatives and new product launches
  • Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and observation, adjusting content as needed
  • Monitor and communicate results and areas for improvement to stakeholders and leadership
  • Participate in goal-setting and project prioritization with Training & Development leadership on a quarterly basis
  • Manage internal and external communications with stakeholders and vendors
  • Support ad hoc projects, including new product launches or special market needs
  • Collaborate with other members of the Training & Development team as necessary to meet organizational priorities
