Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration and/or Identity and Access Management, demonstrating a strong understanding of IAM principles and practices. Experience with Saviynt or similar identity platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The IAM/IGA Technical Account Manager will communicate with customers and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules, review technical requirements, assist in pre-sales activity by analyzing prospects’ business and technical needs, demonstrate products to customers, identify services customers need, produce service implementation estimates and plans, create service implementation scoping and ROM documents, oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services, manage ongoing customer relationships, analyze support requirements, communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap, and drive expansion opportunities.
