The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales by acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and increasing sales revenue. The role involves building, developing, and maintaining client relationships, and selling IDMWORKS' value proposition to meet client needs and sales targets.

  • Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA
  • Travel: Willing to travel as required (up to 50%).
  • Requirements: Applicants should reside within the territory with close proximity to a major airport. A strong network within the IAM industry is needed for success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all revenue-creating activities (opportunity identification, progression, and close) within the assigned geography for IDMWORKS' offerings.
  • Understand the value of IDMWORKS offerings to identify new opportunities and develop compelling sales value propositions.
  • Partner with IDMWORKS sales leadership and marketing to develop Territory Development Plans.
  • Manage the IDMWORKS Sales Methodology within the assigned geography, maintaining accurate records of leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly pipeline generation and closed opportunity expectations.
  • Update CRM with all appropriate information, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting expectations.
  • Understand and articulate the IDMWORKS story, value proposition, history, and offerings to align services with customer requirements.
  • Assist in developing solutions to customer business problems by understanding underlying business issues and coordinating internal IDMWORKS resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects within the assigned geography.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of industry knowledge and third-party software knowledge to serve as a consultative expert in the IAM market space.
