Requirements

  • 7+ years in cloud alliances, strategic partnerships, or ISV partner management
  • Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure co-sell, PDM relationships, and marketplace programs
  • Proven track record driving cloud-sourced revenue
  • Strong network across AWS or Microsoft partner organizations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures and SaaS deployment models
  • Experience at a cloud-native ISV (ideal)
  • Based in Central or Eastern timezone

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Algolia’s partnerships with AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Build strong relationships with PDMs, ISV Success Managers, marketplace teams, vertical teams and cloud field sellers
  • Drive cloud co-sell and co-market motions that generate pipeline and revenue
  • Optimize Algolia’s AWS and Azure Marketplace listings and private offer processes
  • Lead inclusion in cloud programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, Azure Co-Sell, Marketplace Rewards)
  • Develop and launch joint value propositions, solution briefs, and industry-aligned plays
  • Partner with Sales to activate cloud opportunities regionally and globally
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on cloud architecture alignment and integration depth
  • Report on cloud performance, pipeline, and revenue impact
