Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a BSA, Admin, or similar role in a SaaS GTM environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related GTM tools such as Clari, Marketo, Outreach, and Ironclad
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong skills in process mapping, optimization, and automation
  • Expert level understanding of SaaS business models
  • Clear and effective communicator with a customer service mindset, able to engage with stakeholders across levels and functions
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Experience with iPaaS tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
  • Map current and future-state processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities
  • Configure and enhance GTM systems to support evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin, developers, and solutions architect on complex projects and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development
  • Lead root cause analysis for systemic issues and recommend long-term solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date process and system documentation
  • Stay informed on GTM system releases, industry trends, and process best practices
