Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
8+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience with an emphasis on consultative HR service delivery and business relationships
5+ years of experience with MS Office and/or Google suite
Strong formal presentation/facilitation skills
Experience in mentoring and training
Willingness and ability to receive a government security clearance

Using HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention
Partnering with People Team and Corporate functions and contributing to People Team initiatives and priorities
