Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of selling HubSpot projects and collaborating with HubSpot sales teams. Extensive experience in configuring and managing HubSpot is required, along with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data. Excellent communication and training skills are essential, as well as being detail-oriented and a proactive problem-solver. A team player with experience in cross-departmental integration of HubSpot and experience working in HubSpot partner companies, contributing to their growth and acquisitions, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The HubSpot Agency Sales Leader will develop and implement strategies to sell HubSpot projects and lead efforts to sell these projects while working closely with HubSpot sales teams to develop and close deals. They will optimize HubSpot deployment to align with business goals, streamline processes using HubSpot’s tools, and analyze and report performance using HubSpot’s analytics to provide actionable insights. Additionally, they will provide training to equip team members with the knowledge and skills to utilize HubSpot effectively.
