Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and walking the floor regularly
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak hiring times
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, and scheduling tools)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.)
  • Post and manage job ads on job boards, social media, and hiring platforms
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates daily
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and new hire orientations
  • Maintain candidate tracking and hiring reports using spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems
  • Partner with warehouse supervisors to understand staffing needs and shift demands
  • Attend job fairs and local hiring events as needed
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
