Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in people leadership
  • Proven success as a senior HR advisor in Ireland; UK experience a bonus
  • Deep expertise in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management
  • Track record of delivering HR transformation or scaling programs across multiple locations
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (Irish employment law required, UK advantageous, including immigration and collective consultations)
  • Proficiency with Workday desirable
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills – a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field (Master’s or CIPD preferred)
  • Experience in multinational is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Advise: Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, shaping workforce strategy, organizational design, and people planning across Ireland and the UK
  • Talent Strategy: Design and execute talent programs including acquisition, development, succession planning, and leadership enablement
  • HR Operations Leadership: Own core people processes (onboarding, performance, employee lifecycle, compliance, HRIS), ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Employee Experience & Culture: Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where employees are empowered to succeed
  • Performance Enablement: Drive a high-performance culture through coaching leaders, managing performance frameworks, and guiding on ER matters
  • Change & Transformation: Lead HR transformation initiatives, scaling processes across multiple geographies, and driving organizational change
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure alignment with Irish employment law (and UK as advantageous)
  • People Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a small but impactful HR team (3-5 direct reports), driving growth and career development
  • Partnerships: Collaborate closely with COEs, Legal, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to deliver best-in-class HR solutions
