Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in human resources or related work
A BS/BA degree is required. Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA)
Strong understanding of Workday and other key HR systems and processes preferred
Thorough understanding of the local legal framework, e.g., labor and employment law is essential
Proven track record of delivery, proactive solutions, and a business mindset
Demonstrated capacity to skillfully communicate with all levels of employees and influence outcomes and establish credibility with functional managers
Demonstrated strength in organization design and effectiveness, building and developing teams, and capable of delivering the full spectrum of HR generalist and organizational development support to meet both current and future needs

Responsibilities
Oversee a variety of business initiatives related to HR programs
Ensure Biogen processes and standards are deployed
Engage with team members across the HR and China functions
Support HR Business Partner(s) in project work, employee relations matters, and people and talent processes
Provide manager and employee coaching and critical organizational interventions
Act as a steward of the Biogen China function team culture
Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar
Partner with the HR team and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Execute HR programs, processes, and practices
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes or practices
Research and prepare reports on areas of business relevance
Engage with employees and managers as a credible HR resource
Participate in HR support activities (e.g., employee relations, ad-hoc projects)
Support OTR People Survey, GROW, Annual Goal Setting, Mentoring Program, Nomination Processes for Top Talent Programs
