Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Psychology, Law, Statistics, or any relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in a specialist or a generalist role
  • Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge in two or more core Human Resources areas, such as industrial relations, performance & rewards, talent management, recruitment, employer branding, and learning

Responsibilities

  • Partner with line management to manage the implementation and provide market-level support for human resources policies and management practices
  • Ensure an effective workforce to achieve business objectives and maintain FedEx Malaysia's Employer of Choice status
  • Work alongside assigned Management team to add value to the business and influence the company's People Strategy
  • Collaborate with Asia Pacific (APAC) HR Center of Excellence teams and North Pacific & South East Asia (NPACSEA) People Operations teams on process improvement, digitalization, Employee Experience (EX), and other projects
  • Guide and upskill Managers in people-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and managing disciplinary issues
  • Regular interaction with First Line Management, Senior Management, and Directors
  • Occasional interaction with Officers (Vice Presidents and above)
