Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is considered a plus. Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels, a track record of delivering measurable impact through strategic HR initiatives, and strong HRIS, data analysis, and reporting skills are essential. The ability to handle complex employee relations matters with integrity, empathy, and transparency is also required.

Responsibilities
