Candidates should hold a university degree and possess 2 to 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or a customer-exposed role such as consulting. Fluency in English and German is required, and knowledge of additional central European languages is a plus.
The High-Velocity Sales Representative will own the entire sales process for the High Velocity segment, identifying, prioritizing, and converting lucrative opportunities into paying customers within 30 days. They will manage high-volume opportunities with short sales cycles, maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM data hygiene, and ensure accurate forecasting. Additionally, they are responsible for stakeholder management, consultative selling, and managing initial implementation while iterating on the sales process with RevOps to increase the overall win rate.
