Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations, promote the Hearing Center as an exclusive Sam’s Club benefit, and inform customers about complimentary hearing tests
Appointment Facilitation: Convert interest into scheduled appointments using Audicus’s platform, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up
Zone Optimization: Collaborate with the manager to identify high-traffic areas and adjust placement in the store to maximize engagement and appointment growth
Tools and Collateral Management: Use company devices to schedule appointments and manage inventory of marketing materials (SWAG) to enhance customer interactions
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track KPIs, including appointment rates and customer interactions, to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
