Responsibilities

The Senior Counsel, Advertising & Promotion will review advertising, promotional, and consumer-facing materials for compliance with FTC and FDA regulations, particularly for prescription drugs and health products. They will act as an internal subject matter expert, provide guidance to cross-functional teams, and participate in medical-legal-marketing review processes. Responsibilities include collaborating on marketing content across various platforms, supporting new strategic initiatives, staying updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, maintaining company guidelines, conducting trainings, and overseeing a junior attorney.
