Requirements

Candidates must possess advanced training in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, economics, finance, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including a proven track record of project management and stakeholder engagement, is required. Substantial direct management experience building and leading teams in a fast-growing environment is also necessary, along with the ability to lead, coordinate, and facilitate new ideas into action across multiple dynamic projects and teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Impact Analytics will be responsible for the analytic vision and execution of analyses to support Aledade’s strategic approach to risk stratification, using predictive approaches to identify high-risk populations and design interventions. They will serve as a key Analytics partner for senior stakeholders, guiding the team in designing and executing descriptive, predictive, and causal inference analyses to forecast and evaluate ACO performance. This role involves managing a team of managers and professionals, providing technical and career mentorship, and conducting 1:1s with reports. Additionally, the Senior Director will provide input to strategic decisions, contribute to technical roadmaps, oversee the development of technology business cases, and guide the design of analysis projects using appropriate methods.
